If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will refund your original purchase price in full—no questions asked. This offer excludes shipping costs paid at the time you placed your order.

    To process a return:

    1. Login to your henleyvape.com account using your username and password.
    2. Click on the "completed orders" link. You will see a list of orders you have placed on this website.
    3. To the right of an order you will see the return items button. Click it!
    4. Complete the Return Request form and click submit.
    5. When shipping the product, please be sure to prominently display your Return ID on the outside of the package. This return ID was provided to you in your email confirmation at the time you submitted your online return request. If you did not receive this email, please contact our support department and we will be happy to look it up for you.

    Please Note: Our 100% 30-Day Money Back Guarantee applies only to our line of Henley products in their original packaging and to Henley eliquid in unopened bottles and packages. Misused, damaged, or broken products will not be refunded. All returned merchandise must be received within 30-days of the original purchase date. Henley does not refund any shipping costs unless products were shipped to you in error. We also do not pay the cost of shipping products back to us.     Henley Batteries and Accessories can also be returned within 30 days of purchase subject to a 15% restocking fee. Misused, damaged or broken products will not be refunded.
